Heating & cooling methods for your home

Run your home more efficiently.

We want you to always be comfortable where you live. Suntuity Home offers different heating methods for new home construction or renovation based on your energy needs.

Geothermal Heating

Geothermal heating refers to the earth’s underground temperature almost 30 feet below the service. Geothermal heat pumps, also called “ground-source heat pumps” are used to heat, cool and provide hot water to your home by extracting the heat deep in the ground. According to energy.gov, geothermal heating can cut energy bills by up to 65% in lieu of regular HVAC systems.

Radiant Heating

Radiant heating systems bring heat directly to the floor, or to panels that are located in the wall or ceiling of a house. It is much more efficient than baseboard heating and forced-air heating due to elimination of duct losses. You can choose to select air-heated radiant floors, electric radiant floors, hydronic radiant floors, or radiant panels.

Hydronic Heating

Hydronic Heating

Hydronic heating is a home heating system that is energy efficient by using tubing to run hot liquid (usually water) under the floor, along baseboard heaters, or through radiators. It promotes comfort and control in the heating areas of your home, lower heating bills and lower environmental impact than traditional HVAC systems.
